Custom LEGO Whoville Design

I'm looking for a skilled LEGO designer to create a custom Whoville village out of real LEGOs. The final product should include:

- A detailed instruction manual for assembly
- A comprehensive list of all necessary pieces

Software preference is flexible; I am open to suggestions. Ideal skills and experience:

- Proficiency in LEGO design software (LDD, Stud.io, or LDraw)
- Attention to detail
- Experience in creating clear, easy-to-follow assembly instructions
