Custom LED Performance Suit

I'm seeking an experienced developer to create a wearable LED suit for professional stage performances. The suit should be controlled by ESP32 controllers and feature WS2812B addressable LED strips and side-glow fiber optics.

Objective : Building LED-embedded costumes synced to music beats using Raspberry Pi and XLights. Each costume will have one Raspberry Pi 4 (slave), connected to 4 or more customized relay/driver boards—each controlling a specific body zone (head, arms, chest, legs). We need help configuring GPIO outputs via FPP and customizing the relay/driver boards to handle high-power LED/fiber optics/LED cloth sheet outputs, with independent control of lighting patterns for each zone. The setup must respond to a central master Pi broadcasting music-synced commands wirelessly.

- Full RGB spectrum integration

Responsibilities:
- Build one wearable LED suit from scratch: ESP32 controllers, WS2812B addressable LED strips, side-glow fiber optics.
- Design safe battery power for a wearable: 2S Li-ion pack with BMS, 5 V buck converter, fuse, power injection.
- Set up a Raspberry Pi 4 master running Falcon Player (FPP), and ESP32 suit controllers running ESPixelStick, syncing over WiFi.
- Map each body part in xLights and program a 1-minute test sequence synced to music.
- Test with a dancer, fix failures, and document everything: wiring diagram, settings, photos.

- Expertise in electronics, especially with ESP32
- Proficiency in programming for LED effects
- Experience with wearable tech and fiber optics
- Strong creative input for custom design
- Embedded Systems, Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, Soldering, Circuit Design, IoT, C/C++, Linux, Electronics, Python (optional)
- Comfortable soldering, crimping and using a multimeter
- Understands basic power concepts: voltage drop, current draw, Li-ion battery safety
