Custom Job Sales Website Build

I need a fully custom-built website that lets me post and manage job-related sales offers online. The site must allow me to create detailed listings quickly, give visitors the option to register for their own accounts, and handle secure payments right on the platform.

Core functionality
• Job posting feature – an intuitive back-end where I can create, edit, sort, and archive listings.
• User account creation – applicants or buyers should be able to sign up, maintain profiles, and track their transactions.
• Payment processing – integrate a reliable gateway so I can accept credit cards and other common methods safely.

I’m not tied to any specific tech stack, but the final build has to be clean, responsive, and easy for me to maintain without digging into code every time I want to tweak a listing or run a report. If you have experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Django, Ruby on Rails, or a comparable stack, please mention it along with examples of similar projects.
