Custom Jigsaw Puzzle Production

I’m gathering quotes to have 50 custom jigsaw puzzles produced—some with 50 pieces and some with 100 pieces.

Key requirements
• Material: Cardboard only.
• Artwork: I already have print-ready designs for every puzzle; you will receive high-resolution files. No design work needed—just accurate color reproduction.
• Piece size: A mix of small (≈1 inch) and medium (≈2 inch) pieces, depending on the puzzle variant.
• Quantities: Total run of 50 finished puzzles. Please specify in your proposal how you would divide that across the 50-piece and 100-piece versions or suggest an efficient split.
• Packaging: Individual boxes with the puzzle image on the lid preferred; include options for shrink-wrap or protective film.
• Shipping: Quote delivered cost to my location (please state your production country and courier method).

1. Unit price and total price for the full run.
2. Lead time from artwork approval to dispatch.
3. Photos of past cardboard puzzle work or a brief description of your manufacturing process.
4. Minimum order quantities, if any, and available piece-count molds.
