Custom Horror Minecraft Plugin -- 2

I’m putting together a horror-themed experience for Minecraft Java Edition and need a dedicated plugin written from scratch. The goal is to add genuinely scary mechanics that go beyond what existing public plugins offer. Think of atmospheric effects, surprise events, or any original twist that can make players feel uneasy—but I’m open to your creative suggestions and will refine the final feature list together with you.

Scope
• Build for the latest stable release of Minecraft Java Edition and keep the code ready for minor version bumps.
• Make sure the plugin runs independently with no external dependencies beyond Spigot/Paper APIs (unless we agree otherwise).
• Clear configuration files so I can tweak timings, chances, or intensity of each horror element myself.

Deliverables
1. Compiled .jar ready to drop into the “plugins” folder.
2. Full source code so future updates are possible.
3. A concise setup & usage guide, including permissions and example config entries.
4. One round of bug-fix support after initial delivery.

Acceptance
The plugin should load without errors on a fresh Spigot or Paper server, and all agreed horror features must be reproducible during a quick demo session.
