Custom GTA5M Roleplay & Freeroam Server

I already have a Windows host ready and I want to turn it into a fully-featured GTA5M playground that blends serious Roleplay with relaxed Freeroam. The goal is to let players swap seamlessly between earning a living and cutting loose, all on one stable, well-optimized server.

Roleplay expectations
• Jobs / Careers with clear progression and pay grades
• Persistent Housing / Real Estate ownership, including interior access and storage
• Player-run businesses that can hire staff, set prices, and generate passive income

Freeroam touchpoints
• Wide-open exploration without artificial barriers
• Deep Weapon Customization so players can tweak load-outs on the fly

Custom scripting
I’m counting on many bespoke scripts to tie these systems together—economy balancing, inventory, admin tools, anti-cheat, queue priority, and any behind-the-scenes magic needed to keep performance smooth. Off-the-shelf resources are fine when they fit, but I expect most core mechanics to be written or heavily modified for this project.

2. All custom scripts installed, documented, and source-accessible
3. In-game admin panel with permission tiers
4. Step-by-step deployment guide so I can update or migrate the server later
5. One post-launch support window to squash inevitable day-one bugs
