## Project Overview & Objectives

We are seeking a developer to build a custom, multi-tenant Learning Management System (LMS) tailored for commercial fleet compliance and driver training. The system will replace standard video files with an interactive, slide-based presentation player utilizing synchronized background audio narration. The application should be built using a modern, scalable tech stack (freelancers are encouraged to propose their preferred backend and frontend frameworks), designed for optimal deployment on a standard Linux VPS environment.

## Core User Roles

* **Super Admin:** Full platform control, interactive module creation, system-wide analytics, and company/tenant onboarding.
* **Company Manager (Tenant):** Dashboard access to enroll their specific fleet drivers, track group compliance progress, and download completion reports.
* **Driver (Learner):** Simplified frontend portal to access assigned modules, navigate slide-based presentations, take end-of-course assessments, and download earned certificates.

## Module & Feature Breakdown

* **Multi-Tenant Organization Matrix:** Database architecture must support grouping users by distinct companies or branches to ensure isolated reporting and restricted manager access.

* **Interactive Course Player Engine:** A custom media player that renders JSON-structured slides containing text, images, and pre-recorded audio instead of loading monolithic video streams.

* **Enforced Progression Gating:** Slide navigation must be locked using mandatory timers or audio-duration listeners to ensure users cannot skip mandatory training materials.

* **Assessment & Certification System:** Server-side evaluation of multiple-choice quizzes that triggers dynamic, downloadable PDF certificate generation upon achieving a passing score.

* **Real-Time Compliance Dashboard:** A reporting data grid tracking individual enrollment statuses, start dates, last visited timestamps, final scores, and module statuses (Passed, Failed, Incomplete).

## Technical & Delivery Requirements

* **Security & Access Control:** Secure authentication with custom username provisioning, strict role-based access control, and robust session management.

* **State Management:** Relational database schema tracking user progress at the slide level to allow drivers to resume incomplete modules exactly where they left off.

* **Deliverables:** Fully documented source code, complete database migration scripts, and an intuitive administrative interface for slide media uploads.

* **Performance Optimization:** The architecture must efficiently handle concurrent media requests and seamless client-side slide transitions without full-page reloads.
