Custom Financial Data Entry

I have a set of raw financial files—CSV exports, PDFs, and a few handwritten notes—that need to be consolidated into a single Excel workbook. Every number you enter must follow my custom layout: a fixed sequence of columns with exact header names that I will supply up-front. No default templates, please; the structure is tailored to match our accounting workflow.

Once the figures are in place, totals and subtotals should calculate automatically through the formulas already embedded in the sheet. Feel free to adjust cell references if you spot breakages, but keep the logic intact. Data validation, drop-down lists for account codes, and clean date formatting will help prevent errors, so apply them where useful.

Deliverables
• One master .xlsx file containing all provided data, arranged in the specified column order with the given headers.
• A brief change log noting any formula tweaks or data issues you had to reconcile.
