I need a fully-coded platform—think Howler, Webtickets or Computicket—where organisers of concerts and music festivals, conferences and workshops, and sports events can publish their shows, sell tickets, and trigger automatic payouts.
Core flow
• Three distinct roles must exist: Event organisers manage listings, Ticket buyers complete purchases, and I retain Admin control over everything.
• Each event page carries a rich description, image gallery, embedded map for the venue and easy social-media share links.
• When a buyer checks out, the system emails a PDF or mobile-friendly ticket containing a unique QR code. An accompanying scanner (mobile-optimised web view or lightweight app—you can suggest the best route) must validate codes live at the gate.
Revenue & payout logic
My service fee is a flat 5 % of every ticket sold. After the event concludes I choose when funds are released—anywhere between five days and one week—so the payment module has to let me set that window per event and trigger automatic transfers to the organiser’s account.
Technical expectations
• Custom code only; no drag-and-drop builders or WordPress.
• Clean, responsive front-end, secure back-end, and an admin dashboard showing sales numbers, pending payouts and scan statistics.
• You deliver all source files, database schema, and deployment instructions so I can host it under my own domain.
Acceptance criteria
1. A test event runs from listing through purchase to payout simulation showing the 5 % split.
2. A QR ticket is scanned successfully and marked used.
3. Admin dashboard accurately reflects sales, fees and payout schedule.
