I have a custom ESP32-S3 PCB that needs a neat, fully enclosed housing designed directly in Fusion 360. The unit will live indoors, so the enclosure can be optimized for 3D-printed plastic—no weather-proofing or metalwork required.
You’ll receive the board outline and connector locations as soon as we start. I’m looking for a parametric model that:
• Wraps the board completely while allowing cable and button access where I specify
• Uses sensible wall thicknesses and snap-fit or screw-together features suited to common FDM printers
• Can be exported cleanly to STL without mesh errors
Deliverables
1. Native Fusion 360 file (.f3d) with all features editable
2. Print-ready STL(s) for lid and base
3. Brief notes on assembly and recommended print orientation
I’ll test-fit the first print; if any tweaks are needed, one round of revisions is part of the job.
