I run a pulse-milling and trading operation that has outgrown our single-user Tally setup. I now need a multi-user, multi-location ERP that reflects the way we actually work and eliminates the bottlenecks we face each day.
Core scope
I want one unified system that covers every step from raw-grain intake through finished-product sales, while still letting my accountants post to Tally for statutory reporting. Speed, reliability and an interface my staff can pick up quickly are all critical.
Key features required
• Inventory management that follows stock from silo to bag, supports multiple godowns and shows real-time levels across branches.
• Sales tracking that links orders, dispatch and invoices, with the option to apply customer-specific or time-based discounts automatically.
• Full accounting module (or seamless push-pull integration with existing Tally data) so entries made in the ERP reflect instantly in Tally and vice versa.
• Processing module to record milling yields, by-products and machine downtime.
• Custom time-related discounting rules—e.g., early-morning bulk buyers get special rates that expire automatically.
• WhatsApp message automation (without the official API) to send order confirmations, dispatch alerts and payment reminders straight from the system.
• Multi-user access over different locations with proper role permissions and data syncing.

Acceptance criteria
1. Cloud or on-prem deployment ready for at least 30 concurrent users.
2. Real-time stock, sales and accounting dashboards tested with sample data from my current Tally books.
3. Bi-directional Tally integration: one-click import/export without data corruption.
4. Working WhatsApp automation proof (test handset will be provided).
5. Training material and a short handover session for my team.
