I need a fresh, fully custom-built website that presents my education consultancy’s three core services—student counselling, admissions assistance, and visa processing—in a clear, modern and trustworthy way. The build should not rely on WordPress, Wix or any other template system; I’m after clean, maintainable code that can scale as the business grows.

Core sections
• Home, About, Services (broken down into Counselling, Admissions, Visa), Success Stories, Blog/Resource Library, Contact
• Secured online appointment booking so prospective students can pick a counsellor, choose a time slot and receive automated e-mail/SMS confirmations.
• Searchable resource library where I can upload guides, checklists and country-specific updates (PDF, video and article formats).

Key requirements
• Responsive design that feels intuitive on mobile first, then tablet and desktop.
• Fast page load times and basic on-page SEO hooks (clean URLs, meta tags, schema where sensible).
• Simple admin dashboard for adding resources, managing bookings and editing page content without touching code.
• GDPR-compliant data handling for student information captured through forms and bookings.
• Integration with Google Analytics 4 and a CRM webhook (I’ll supply endpoint details).

Acceptance criteria
1. Figma or Adobe XD wireframes approved before development begins.
2. Staging link provided for iterative feedback; zero console errors in Chrome dev tools.
3. Final hand-off includes source code, database dump, brief deployment guide and a 30-minute walkthrough call.

Timeframe: Ideally two to three weeks from kickoff, but I can adjust if you outline a detailed schedule. I’m happy to answer any technical questions so you can give a realistic estimate for milestones and delivery.
