Custom E-Commerce Web App Build

I am kicking off a new project to create a full-featured e-commerce web application from the ground up. The goal is to design, develop, and deploy a modern storefront that feels fast and intuitive on any device while giving me a robust admin area to manage products, inventory, orders, and promotions.

What I need from you is an end-to-end solution: architecture decisions, clean front-end development, solid back-end logic, secure payment integration, and deployment to a reliable cloud host. I’m open to your preferred tech stack as long as it is mainstream, well-supported, and scalable.

Core deliverables
• Wireframes/UI mock-ups approved before coding
• Responsive storefront with product catalog, search, and filters
• Seamless cart and checkout flow with at least one major payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, or similar)
• Customer account area with order history and profile management
• Admin dashboard for product, inventory, order, and discount management
• Basic SEO optimisation and analytics hooks
• Automated testing suite and concise technical documentation
• Deployment pipeline set up to a cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure, or comparable)

Acceptance criteria
• All critical user journeys complete without errors on the latest desktop and mobile browsers
• Page load under three seconds on a 4G connection for key pages
• Payment processing verified in live mode
• Admin panel fully functional with role-based access control
• Codebase handed over in a public or private Git repository with clear README
