I’m looking for a detail-oriented account manager who can take full ownership of my e-commerce presence. The store runs on a fully custom solution rather than an out-of-the-box platform, so you’ll need to be comfortable navigating bespoke back-end dashboards and collaborating with our developer when deeper tweaks are required.

Day to day you’ll keep the entire storefront healthy: maintaining an accurate product catalog, ensuring the shopping cart workflow is friction-free, and actively monitoring customer reviews to preserve our service reputation. I also expect you to spot conversion bottlenecks, flag unusual trends in orders or inventory, and suggest incremental improvements that will boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Deliverables I care about each week:
• Updated product listings with correct pricing, images, and stock status
• Smooth checkout tests confirming there are no cart or payment snags
• A concise report summarizing review sentiment, key metrics, and any issues you resolved or escalated
