Custom DS-160 Intake Form Development

I need a web-based client intake form that gathers every data point required for the U.S. DS-160. The form must appear in English and Spanish, switching seamlessly with a toggle. Clients will create an account with their email and a password so they can save progress and return later from any device.

Core workflow
• Responsive questionnaire sections: personal, family, employment, travel, and full visa history
• Mobile-friendly passport, national ID, and prior visa uploads (camera or file)
• Passport OCR that extracts machine-readable-zone data, auto-populates matching fields, and alerts if the image is unreadable
• All data and documents route to a private admin dashboard—no one but me sees them. I can review each record, export the answers, and use them to complete the official application.

Security & compliance
The build must use encrypted storage, HTTPS, and role-based access so only the admin account can view submissions. No information should ever reside on the client side once saved.

Admin needs
• Dashboard with search, filters, and PDF/CSV export
• Ability to edit any entry in English or Spanish before final export
• Manual override of OCR results

Tech flexibility
I am open to React, Vue, or another modern stack paired with a secure backend (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.). Please propose what you are most comfortable with, along with any libraries you prefer for OCR (e.g., Tesseract.js, Google Vision).
