Custom CRM & HR Web App

I’m commissioning a ground-up CRM and HR management platform that will go live in roughly 4–6 weeks. The vision is a sleek React interface backed by Django, though I’m open to alternative suggestions if you can justify clear benefits around speed, security, or long-term maintainability.

Core scope
• React dashboard that stays fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Django REST back-end with a well-structured relational database and clean API endpoints
• Secure authentication, role-based permissions, and audit logging baked in from day one
• CRM module where contact management is the non-negotiable centrepiece; sales tracking or automated workflows may follow once the base is solid
• HR module for employee records, time-off, and basic HR workflows
• Comprehensive test coverage, staging environment, and a push-button path to production
• Full source code, docs, and deployment scripts handed over at project close

Acceptance criteria
1. All critical features above function bug-free in a production build.
2. Lighthouse and basic OWASP checks score “good” or better.
3. README or wiki lets another dev spin the project up in under 30 minutes.
