I’m looking to have a full-featured content management system built as a web application. The core goal is to let non-technical users create, edit, and publish pages and media with ease while giving admins clear control over roles and permissions.

Key objectives
• Clean, responsive front-end for both public pages and the admin dashboard.
• Intuitive WYSIWYG editor with drag-and-drop media management.
• Role-based access control so editors, authors, and admins each see only what they need.
• Modular architecture that lets me add features—or disable unused ones—without rewriting the codebase.
• Solid SEO fundamentals: customizable URLs, meta tags, sitemaps, and fast page loads.
• RESTful API endpoints so future mobile apps or third-party integrations can retrieve and push content easily.
• Clear documentation covering setup, configuration, and deployment.

Technology preferences
I’m open to modern stacks such as React or Vue for the interface and Node.js, Django, or Laravel for the backend; if you have a different approach that achieves the same goals efficiently, let me know.

Please outline:
1. Your proposed tech stack and why it fits.
2. Estimated timeline with milestones (MVP, testing, polish).
3. Any similar CMS or web application projects you’ve delivered.

I’ll review proposals based on the clarity of the plan, relevant experience, and overall fit for ongoing enhancements after launch.
