Custom Car Bumper Design

I’m developing a new exterior look for my vehicle line and need a fresh bumper design that is both visually striking and practical for manufacturing. The focus is purely on design at this stage—no tooling, sourcing, or marketing work—so I’m looking for creative input that can move smoothly into engineering once approved.

Here’s what I need:
• Concept sketches that explore multiple bumper themes, clearly showing overall form, key styling lines, and any functional openings.
• A refined 3-D CAD model of the selected concept, ready for basic packaging checks. Native SolidWorks files are ideal, but STEP or IGES will work if you’re using CATIA, Fusion 360, or a comparable package.
• Simple exploded views or callouts that indicate mounting points so my engineering team can run initial feasibility assessments.

Acceptance criteria
• The bumper must visually align with modern sporty sedans while staying within standard U.S. and EU overhang regulations.
• All final files open without errors and contain fully constrained surfaces.
• At least two rounds of minor revisions after the first full model delivery.
