1. All plan rules produce identical figures to my test spreadsheet across sample scenarios.
2. Page loads under 2 s on a 1 k user dataset.
3. Admin can toggle bonus percentages and closing schedules without code changes.
4. Full source code, database scripts, and one-click deployment guide are handed over at project close.
