Custom ATS & Recruitment CRM Platform (Web-Based)

Overview:
Looking for an experienced developer/team to build a custom Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Recruitment CRM to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from client job intake to candidate placement.

User Roles Needed:

Admin, Manager, Recruiter, Client User (portal access), Candidate (public career portal)

Core Features:

Recruiter management & role assignment
Client company CRM (contacts, jobs, notes, documents)
Job management with status tracking (Draft → Open → Filled/Closed)
Public career portal for job applications
Candidate & CV management (optional AI resume parsing via OpenAI/Gemini)
Application tracking with status pipeline (New → Interview → Offer → Hired)
Candidate submission to clients + client portal for review/shortlisting
Interview scheduling (optional Google/Microsoft Calendar integration)
Offer management (optional e-signature integration)
Placement records & fee tracking
Document/notes attachments across all modules
Dashboard + basic reports
Email/in-app notifications
CSV/Excel data import

Deliverables:
Full responsive platform, admin/recruiter dashboards, client portal, career portal, production deployment, source code handover, basic docs & training.
