Project Brief
I need a purpose‑built AC‑DC triple‑output module for IoT‑enabled home appliances. The board must fit inside appliance housing, deliver clean DC rails, and withstand household mains stresses.
Core Expectations
1. Single Supply input (170V–265 V)
2. Outputs:
• 3.3 V / 500 mA (isolated, common ground)
• 5 V / 300 mA (isolated, common ground)
• 5 V / 100 mA (line‑referenced, non‑isolated)
3. Efficiency ≥80–85%, low standby draw
4. Short‑circuit, over‑temp/voltage/load, surge protection
5. EMI/EMC compliance for consumer IoT
6. Compact footprint: 25 mm × 55 mm
Deliverables:
1. Complete schematic in KiCad
2. PCB layout + manufacturing files (Gerbers, drill)
3. BOM with stable, low‑cost parts
4. 3 Samples
5. Simulation or bench test data (accuracy, ripple, efficiency, thermals)
6. Assembly/bring‑up notes for in‑house reproduction
