Cultural Fest Videography & Editing

The upcoming cultural festival spread across Nanded and Latur districts needs to be captured in a rich, story-driven way. I require two on-site videographers who can work as a team and an editor who will later shape the footage into a polished documentary-style film.

Scope of coverage
• Workshops and live demonstrations are the core of the brief, so multiple angles and clean audio are important.
• A separate Mundan ceremony for a corporate client will take place during the same schedule; this must be filmed with equal care.

Post-production expectations
Footage should be woven into a cohesive documentary that conveys the atmosphere of the festival, the learning moments from each workshop, and the significance of the Mundan ceremony. Natural colour grading, clear titles/lower-thirds, and balanced sound design are must-haves.

Deliverables
- All raw footage (camera originals)
- One master documentary film (HD or 4K, 15–25 min as dictated by the story)
- A 60-90 second teaser cut for social media
- Project files for future re-edits
