Cultural Center Design Drafting - Arch Expert Needed

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN & DRAFTING FOR CULTURAL CENTER

CONCEPT PROVIDED BY CLIENT

I am looking for a skilled architectural designer to assist with the design development and preparation of architectural drawings for a Cultural Center (Art, Music & Community Hub).

IMPORTANT: The architectural concept and design direction will be provided by me. I am not looking for an independent concept proposal or a redesign. The selected freelancer must work strictly according to my concept, instructions, references, and design intent.

1. SCOPE OF WORK

• Develop the architectural design based on my provided concept.
• Prepare functional space planning, zoning, and circulation layouts.
• Develop site planning and landscape integration.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, and building sections.
• Create 3D architectural views and visualizations.
• Prepare presentation-ready architectural sheets as required.
• Make revisions based on my feedback to ensure the final output aligns with the original concept.

2. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Project: Cultural Center – Art, Music & Community Hub
Site Area: Approximately 8,000–12,000 sq. m
Built-up Area: Approximately 3,500–5,000 sq. m
Building Height: Maximum G+2/G+3

The design must address functional planning, accessibility, circulation, and landscape integration.

The detailed project brief and functional requirements will be shared with the selected freelancer.

3. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Strong skills in architectural planning and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D modeling/rendering software.
• Ability to interpret and execute an existing architectural concept accurately.
• Willingness to follow specific instructions without making unauthorized design changes.
• Good communication and timely delivery.
• Openness to revisions and feedback throughout the project.

4. IMPORTANT WORKING CONDITIONS

1. The concept will be provided by me before the design development begins.
2. THE FREELANCER MUST STRICTLY ADHERE TO MY CONCEPT AND DESIGN INTENT.
3. Any proposed modifications must be discussed with and approved by me before implementation.
4. Independent concept development or substantial deviations from the provided concept are not required.
5. All agreed deliverables must be provided in the specified formats, including editable source files where applicable.
