CSV-to-Excel Data Reformat

I need help moving numeric data that currently lives in a CSV file into a brand-new Excel workbook laid out exactly the way I want it. Even though the source is a single CSV, it represents multiple logical “sheets” of relational information, so simple copy-and-paste won’t work.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Import the CSV cleanly, preserving every value and its relationships.
• Reshape the data into a custom structure I will provide (think separate tabs, look-up tables, and summary pivots rather than a mirror of the original).
• Deliver a finished .xlsx file plus a short note—or a recorded macro/VBA script if that speeds future updates—showing how you achieved the transformation.

Accuracy is critical: totals must match the source, references between tables need to stay intact, and the final workbook should open with no broken formulas or external links. If you’re comfortable with Power Query, VBA, or similar Excel automation tools, that’s a bonus, but plain formulas are fine as long as the result is rock-solid.
