I am looking for an experienced Crypto / Web3 Growth Strategist to help grow LANDING Coin, a Solana-based memecoin that is already live and trading on Poloniex.
LANDING is not at the idea stage. The project already has a website, community, exchange listing and an existing token. The current challenge is conversion: turning visibility and community interest into genuine holders, traders and sustainable activity.
I am not looking for a generic social media manager or someone offering follower packages, Telegram members, bot engagement or artificial trading volume.
The freelancer should be able to:
- Review the current LANDING positioning, website, community and user journey.
- Identify why potential users are not converting into holders or traders.
- Analyse the current acquisition funnel and main conversion barriers.
- Develop a practical and measurable growth strategy.
- Suggest and execute user acquisition initiatives across crypto communities, partnerships, creators, media and exchanges.
- Improve messaging, onboarding and conversion.
- Identify suitable KOLs, crypto communities and partnership opportunities.
- Track meaningful KPIs such as qualified traffic, community participation, holders, traders and organic trading activity.
- Clearly explain what is working, what is not working and why.
Experience with crypto, Web3, token launches, memecoins, CEX growth or blockchain marketing is strongly preferred.
Experience with Asian crypto markets would be a plus.
