Crypto Token Review Portal

I’m building a small, professionally-styled web portal that lets any visitor paste a crypto token’s public contract address, choose its blockchain, and hit “Submit.”
Once submitted, the entry must appear instantly inside a private admin dashboard where my team—and, eventually, some AI helpers—can open it, attach or generate a report, and click a single button to return that report to the original requester.

Core flow to implement
• Public page: simple form capturing contract address and blockchain.
• Admin side: secure login, sortable list of submissions, file-upload or rich-text area for the report, plus a “Send Report” button that emails (or otherwise serves) the result back to the user and marks the request as completed.
• Status tracking so the user can see whether their request is “Under Review” or “Report Ready.”

Look & feel
I want a clean, professional interface—nothing flashy, just polished and trustworthy. Think clear typography, restrained color palette, quick loading.

Tech & hosting
I’m flexible on the stack; suggest what you’re comfortable with as long as it’s easy for me to update later. Security, basic spam protection, and responsive design are expected.

Deliverables
1. Working website (public form + admin portal) deployed to my hosting or a test server.
2. Source code with brief setup instructions.
3. Short hand-off call or document explaining how to approve future submissions.
