I’m gearing up to launch my own crypto project and need a versatile Philippine-based virtual assistant who already speaks the language of Web3. Your day-to-day will flex across three main areas: classic administrative support, on-the-ground company formation, and representing the project at industry events such as TOKEN2049 or local meet-ups in Manila and Cebu.

Because the role is embedded in crypto from the start, prior experience in the space is essential—whether that’s helping register a DAO, coordinating an exchange listing, or simply understanding wallets, tokens, and the pace of this market. You’ll be my primary point of contact with regulators, lawyers, accountants, and potential partners, so confidence in both English and Filipino, plus polished business etiquette, matter just as much as technical know-how.

Key deliverables I’ll rely on you for:
• Company registration: prepare documents, book appointments with SEC/DTI, and see the process through to incorporation.
• Administrative backbone: manage calendars, draft correspondence, track deadlines, compile research, and maintain neatly organised digital files.
• Event participation: attend conferences on my behalf, collect leads, and produce concise post-event reports.
• Funds handling (as needed): pay registration fees, book travel, or settle small vendor invoices using crypto or fiat, with full transparency and receipts.

A successful month looks like this: the legal entity is registered without delays, every meeting ends up on my calendar with a summary in Notion, and I receive a clear debrief within 24 hours of any event you attend.
