Senior Crypto Trader — BNB Network
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Crypto Trader with a strong track record of generating attractive risk-adjusted returns across the BNB Chain ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines deep market knowledge, disciplined risk management, quantitative analysis, and hands-on experience trading a broad range of crypto projects and digital assets.
This role is suited to a trader who understands the full lifecycle of BNB Chain opportunities—from established tokens and DeFi protocols to emerging projects, liquidity events, new listings, and high-growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute profitable trading strategies across the BNB Chain ecosystem.
Trade and actively manage positions across spot, perpetuals, and other applicable crypto markets.
Identify promising BNB Chain projects through fundamental, technical, on-chain, and market analysis.
Analyze tokenomics, liquidity, volume, market structure, catalysts, and project fundamentals before entering positions.
Monitor newly launched tokens, listings, DeFi opportunities, and emerging market narratives.
Manage trading portfolios with strict position sizing, stop-loss, hedging, and capital-preservation strategies.
Continuously evaluate risk/reward ratios and optimize portfolio performance.
Use on-chain analytics and blockchain data to identify market opportunities and unusual trading activity.
Track smart-money movements, liquidity flows, whale activity, and changes in market sentiment.
Build and maintain detailed trading strategies, performance reports, and risk metrics.
Work with the investment team to evaluate new BNB Chain projects and potential allocations.
Maintain disciplined execution during periods of high volatility and rapidly changing market conditions.
Continuously research new trading strategies, market inefficiencies, and opportunities across the BNB ecosystem.
Required Experience
5+ years of professional or demonstrable crypto trading experience, preferably with substantial experience in BNB Chain markets.
Proven history of generating strong returns while maintaining disciplined risk management.
Extensive knowledge of BNB Chain, DeFi, DEXs, token launches, liquidity pools, and crypto market structure.
Experience trading a wide variety of crypto projects, including established assets, mid-cap tokens, emerging projects, and early-stage opportunities.
Strong understanding of technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and on-chain analytics.
Experience analyzing tokenomics, circulating supply, unlock schedules, liquidity, FDV, and market capitalization.
Strong understanding of leverage, derivatives, hedging, portfolio construction, and downside protection.
Ability to independently research projects and make high-conviction trading decisions.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to remain objective and disciplined in highly volatile markets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using BNB Chain analytics and trading tools such as DEX screeners, blockchain explorers, portfolio trackers, and on-chain intelligence platforms.
Experience identifying opportunities before major market moves.
Familiarity with automated trading, algorithmic strategies, APIs, or trading bots.
Experience managing significant trading capital or institutional portfolios.
Strong understanding of MEV, liquidity dynamics, arbitrage, yield opportunities, and market-making concepts.
Ability to build trading dashboards, performance models, or quantitative tools.
Strong network within the Web3, DeFi, and BNB Chain ecosystem.
