Key deliverables
• Identify and shortlist crypto influencers whose audiences match our target regions and user profiles
• Negotiate and formalise affiliate terms, including commission tiers tied to transaction volume
• Supply each partner with branded assets, messaging guidelines and unique referral links (UTM-enabled)
• Oversee the first campaign wave, monitor analytics in real time and optimise placements/content for higher throughput
• Provide a concise performance report after the initial 30-day run, highlighting cost-per-active-user, average transaction size and recommended next steps

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 10 influencers onboarded and actively promoting within two weeks of contract start
• At least 500 new funded wallets or a 20 % lift in daily transactions—whichever is higher—during the first month
• Transparent, shareable dashboards so results can be verified at any moment
