I need an experienced jewelry CAD designer to recreate the crucifix pendant shown in my reference images and prepare it for casting in 10K yellow gold.
Please closely reproduce the ornate cross, decorative border, open scrollwork, and raised Christ figure. Preserve the proportions and sculpted details, including the face, crown of thorns, hands, feet, and drapery.
Dimensions and construction:
* Overall height: 102 mm, including the existing customer-supplied bail. Confirm the bail measurements before determining the pendant body height.
* Maximum width: 57 mm.
* Cross backing thickness: approximately 2 mm front to back. The raised Christ figure adds depth beyond this thickness.
* Bail: Already supplied and excluded from production. Design the pendant connection to fit it.
* Weight: Flexible to preserve detail and durability. Provide the estimated finished gold weight.
The back of the Christ figure should be flat for mounting while keeping the front sculpted and dimensional. Please recommend whether the pendant should be cast as one piece or as two separate pieces—cross and Christ—with a secure attachment method.
The finished piece should have polished surfaces, crisp detail, and smooth edges.
Please deliver the editable CAD/sculpting files, checked casting-ready STL files in millimeters, dimensioned PDF drawings, estimated gold weight, and clear front, back, side, and angled renders. Confirm casting shrinkage and finishing allowances with the me before preparing the final production files.
