We're looking for freelancers, recruiters, agencies, and referral partners to help us recruit participants for an English short phareses recording data collection project.

Payment

₹400 per approved participant
* **Unlimited earning opportunity** — continue onboarding participants and earn **₹400 for every additional approved participant**.
* There is **no upper limit** on the number of participants you can refer.

Participant Requirements

Each participant must:

* Be an Indian resident aged **18 years or older**.
* Speak **fluent Indian English (en-IN)** naturally.
* Have a smartphone or computer with a working microphone and a Google account.

### Task Overview

Participants will:

* Record answers to **90 short questions** across 6 groups.
* Speak **only the answers** (not the questions).
* Complete recordings in a **quiet indoor environment** following the provided guidelines.

### Your Responsibility If you are a vendor / Recruiter / Referral partners

* Find eligible participants.
* Share the registration link.
* Guide them through the onboarding process.
* Ensure they complete the task according to the guidelines.

### Payment Terms

* Payment is **₹400 per approved participant**.
* Payments are made **only for participants whose submissions are approved by the client**.
* The more approved participants you onboard, the more you earn.
