Cross-Platform Shooting Training Game

I want to create a focused shooting-practice experience inspired by the training modes you see in Fortnite and several popular Roblox aim maps. The core idea is a small, replayable arena where players can drop in, test weapons, track improvement stats, and tweak difficulty on the fly.
The build has to run natively on PC, mobile, and the major consoles, so I’m expecting an engine like Unreal or Unity that can handle multi-platform deployment without cutting visual fidelity. I’m leaning toward a realistic art style—modern weapons, believable environments, proper sound design, and physics that feel weighty rather than cartoony.
There’s no hard deadline; I’d rather get the mechanics polished than rush. We can roadmap the work in sensible milestones: a gray-box prototype for gunplay feel, an art pass for models and animations, then optimisation and UI polish for each platform.
If you have shipped shooters before, especially cross-platform titles, and can point to performance numbers (frame rate on mobile, controller support on console, etc.), let’s talk. I’ll review proposals that outline your preferred engine, networking solution if you recommend multiplayer leaderboards, and how you plan to keep assets realistic yet lightweight enough for phones.
