Cross-Platform Provider-Managed Mobile App

I’m ready to turn my wire-framed concept—“Hyperlocal Adaptation vs. Global IP”—into a fully functioning mobile experience that runs on both iOS and Android from a single codebase. The build needs to cover user sign-up/on-boarding, push notifications, and three core screens: Home, Profile, and Settings. I will share the complete feature list and all design assets up front.

State management must follow the Provider pattern; navigation should combine tab, drawer, and stack flows in the way that feels most natural to the journey. Clean, well-structured code is a must, so please organise folders, keep components lean, and document anything that isn’t obvious. Flutter (Dart) or React Native (TypeScript) are both acceptable—choose whichever lets you implement Provider cleanly and deliver smooth performance.

At the close of each milestone I need signed builds (TestFlight IPA and Google Play APK/AAB) that I can load on real devices for hands-on testing, along with the corresponding pull request so I can review the diff. Push notification keys, analytics IDs, and any environment variables will be provided.

Acceptance criteria: the build installs cleanly on my iPhone and Pixel, navigation flows without crashes, and basic state persists between sessions.
