I need an intermediate-level mobile application created from scratch for both iOS and Android. The core objective is to hand me a fully functional, well-structured codebase along with the compiled builds ready to submit to the App Store and Google Play.
You are free to choose the most efficient toolchain—whether that is Flutter, React Native, Swift + Kotlin, or another framework—as long as performance and maintainability remain a priority. I will supply the UI wireframes and any required brand assets; you will turn those into a polished, responsive interface, wire up the back-end endpoints I provide, and ensure the finished product passes standard QA checks on real devices for each platform.
By project close I expect the complete source code, build instructions, and a brief walkthrough of key architectural decisions so I can maintain the app internally. If this scope feels like a good match for your skills, let’s discuss timelines and milestones.
