I need a straightforward way to record where a phone has been and list those stops as human-readable addresses. The solution has to work on both iOS and Android, so please plan for a single code-base approach (for example Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform) or let me know if you prefer native builds for each OS.
Scope
• Collect the device’s location in the background and convert each point into a clean street-level address.
• Store the rolling history locally and give me an easy method to pull the log (CSV, JSON, or a simple in-app viewer—whatever you’re quickest with).
• Respect the usual platform permissions and battery-usage guidelines; no continuous GPS drain.
Deliverable
An installable build for both platforms plus the complete, well-commented source code so I can extend it later.
Acceptance Criteria
1. After a walk-around test the app displays a chronological list of addresses visited.
2. iOS and Android versions behave consistently and request the proper location permissions.
3. Source builds cleanly on a fresh machine with nothing more than the documented SDKs.
If something in the brief is unclear, flag it early—I can test fast and give feedback just as quickly.
