Cross Platform HRIS Employee Management

I am looking for a developer or small team to build a complete HRIS application centred on employee management. The core of the project is an all-in-one module that lets me handle onboarding and offboarding workflows, day-to-day leave management, and periodic performance evaluations from a single, intuitive interface.

The app must run smoothly on the web as well as native iOS and Android, ideally from a shared codebase such as React Native, Flutter, or a comparable framework. Whichever stack you prefer, I will need clean, documented code and straightforward deployment instructions so I can run it on a standard cloud stack (AWS, Azure, or similar).

Key capabilities I need included:
• Secure authentication with role-based access control
• Employee directory with advanced search and profile pages
• Onboarding/offboarding checklists that trigger tasks and notify stakeholders
• Leave policies with balance calculations, self-service requests, and approval flows
• Performance review cycles, rating forms, and historical tracking
• Audit logs and basic analytics on headcount, tenure, and leave usage
• Responsive UI/UX that feels at home in a modern browser and on mobile devices

Deliverables
- Wireframes or mock-ups for final UI sign-off
- Full source code for Web, iOS, and Android builds
- Database schema and migration scripts
- Deployment guide and environment configuration files
- Two-week post-launch bug-fix window

Acceptance criteria will be a staging demo that lets me create a user, complete an onboarding, file a leave request, and run a performance review end to end without errors. The architecture should remain extensible so payroll or attendance modules can be added later.
