Cross-Platform E-Commerce Mobile App

I’m building a full-featured e-commerce application that must run smoothly on both iOS and Android. The app should include user registration, a searchable product catalog, secure checkout with credit-card and Apple/Google Pay support, order tracking, push notifications, and an admin dashboard for inventory and promotions. A shared codebase—whether React Native, Flutter, or another performant framework—is fine as long as the finished experience feels native on each platform.

I will provide brand assets and product data; you will take care of architecture, UI/UX, development, basic QA, and deployment to the App Store and Google Play. Please explain how you normally structure cross-platform builds, which tools or services you prefer for payments, authentication, and analytics, and how you handle store compliance.
