I need a reliable desktop support engineer who can smoothly handle both Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. Day to day, you’ll be imaging laptops with SCCM/MDT as well as Microsoft Intune / Autopilot, working tickets in ServiceNow, and jumping between password resets or account unlocks in Active Directory and quick fixes for Outlook, Teams, and the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite. When a user’s Wi-Fi drops, a VPN refuses to connect, or a LAN port suddenly goes dark, you’ll be the person they trust to get them back online fast.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience (about one to three years) is important because I need someone who can walk up to a device, identify the issue, and resolve it without a lengthy learning curve. Awareness of ITIL processes is a bonus; if you already speak the language of incidents, problems, and change, we’ll hit the ground running.
The role is on-site, customer-facing, and solutions-driven. Bring a calm attitude, clear communication skills, and a habit of documenting fixes in ServiceNow so the entire team benefits. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, let’s talk.
