I need a self-contained desktop application that runs natively on both Windows and macOS and speaks the language of professional engineers. The overall look should feel classic and detailed—meters, transport bar, mixer view and shortcut-rich menus reminiscent of the golden-age DAWs, not a minimalist tablet skin.

Core functionality I am after:

• Drag-and-drop MP3 ripper: any common audio format dropped onto the window should be auto-converted to MP3 with selectable bitrate options and saved to a user-defined folder.

• Eight-stem separator: the same drag-and-drop action should analyse a full mix and deliver precisely eight individual stems (vocals, backing vocals, drums, bass, guitars, keys, percussion, other) rendered as separate WAV or AIFF files.

• Multitrack sequencer: think Cubase/Pro Tools workflow—unlimited tracks (hardware permitting), punch-in, comping, basic editing (cut, slip, fade), VST/AU plugin racks, automation lanes and a traditional mixer with insert, send and master sections. Low-latency monitoring and ASIO/Core Audio support are essential.

Please structure the code so each module (ripper, separator, sequencer) can run independently yet share the same project/session format. I will test on the latest builds of Windows 11 and macOS Sonoma; final deliverable is an installer or signed app for each platform plus full source.
