I’m looking to bring a new mobile experience to life on both iOS and Android, paired with a web-based backend that lets my internal team handle every stage of the user journey.
On the app side, users will create an account, fill in personal details, and upload supporting documents. All of that data must sync instantly and securely to the backend so my team can jump in, review submissions, and deliver help in three key ways: customer support, detailed document and information review, and direct resource allocation.
For the backend itself I need:
• Robust user authentication to keep accounts protected.
• End-to-end data encryption for every stored field and file.
• Real-time activity tracking so we always know who did what and when.
• Clean dashboards that surface personal information, uploaded documents, and activity logs at a glance, with filters and search.
• Simple workflow tools that let staff tag, comment, and update the status of each request as they provide assistance.
Deliverables I expect:
• Native-like iOS and Android apps built with a modern cross-platform framework.
• A secure admin portal (web) connected through an API.
• Deployment scripts, basic test coverage, and hand-over documentation so my own developers can maintain and extend the system.
