Croatian Law WooCommerce Dual Price Compliance Update in English

I must update my Croatian WooCommerce shop before this Wednesday at midnight to comply with the new pricing regulation. All 10 products need an “Anchor Price (09-Sep)” and “Current Price” displayed side-by-side with clear labels on their respective product pages. Both values are identical right now, but the regulation still requires that we show them.

I already have a clean CSV containing each SKU, Anchor Price and Current Price. What I still need is:

• Implementation: insert both prices into WooCommerce so they appear on every product page exactly as “Anchor Price” and “Current Price”, side-by-side (not crossed-out). You can use custom fields, product meta, a lightweight plugin or simple theme edits—whichever is fastest and won’t break updates.

• Homepage link: create a small, visually tidy call-out box or banner on the home page that invites visitors to “Download Full Price List (CSV)” and serves the file directly. I do not have a design for this element, so I’ll rely on you for a quick, clean layout that fits our current theme.

• Testing & go-live: once the prices and link are in place, verify that
– each product page shows both prices correctly on desktop and mobile,
– the CSV downloads without errors,
– caching is cleared so the changes are visible immediately.

Everything has to be live no later than Wednesday night to avoid penalties, so please only respond if you can start right away and finish the same day.
