CRM SaaS Platform Creation

I’m building a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management platform delivered as SaaS and need the full product engineered from the ground up. The vision is an all-in-one workspace that helps users capture leads, nurture relationships and track performance without juggling multiple apps.

Core features that must be released in the first production version:
• Contact management
• Sales tracking with custom pipelines and forecasting
• Marketing automation (email sequences, drip campaigns, segmentation)
• WhatsApp automation for quick outreach and follow-ups
• In-built Canva-style editor so users can design social posts, flyers and email banners without leaving the app
• Client tracking dashboards that surface recent activity, tasks and reminders at a glance
• Wearables integration to pull fitness metrics (steps, heart-rate, calories, etc.)
• Progress reports that visualise those fitness metrics alongside sales or engagement goals

Scope of work
– Design a secure, multi-tenant architecture that supports subscription tiers, usage metering and account isolation.
– Develop responsive web interfaces for end users and a separate admin console for configuration, billing and analytics.
– Implement robust API endpoints so the feature set listed above performs smoothly at scale.
– Include role-based permissions, audit logs, GDPR-compliant data handling and webhook support for future integrations.
– Provide automated tests, CI/CD pipeline scripts and clear technical documentation.

Acceptance criteria
1. All features listed under “Core features” work end-to-end in a staging environment.
2. The platform supports creating, suspending and upgrading tenant accounts without downtime.
3. Page load time under three seconds for dashboards with 10k contact records.
4. Source code passes automated tests and static security scans.
