CRM–Meta Conversions API Integration

I run lead-generation campaigns on Meta and want its algorithm to shift from “more leads” to “better leads.” To do that, I need every form submission that comes in through my social-media ads to flow straight into a CRM and then back to Meta via the Conversions API, with the optimisation goal set to “Maximise number of qualified leads.”
I haven’t settled on a platform yet—Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or another reliable CRM could work—so part of the brief is helping me choose or confirming that my current stack can do the job before you wire everything together. i need a free option. Once the CRM is agreed on, I’ll need the following:
• Connect the chosen CRM to Meta using the Conversions API (server-side, not pixel only).
• Map every form-field value from my social-media ads to the correct CRM fields and event parameters.
• Configure the “Form Submission” event as the primary conversion and verify it in Events Manager.
• Test the full data loop: form submit → CRM capture → Conversions API event → Meta diagnostics green.
• Provide a short hand-off document (or screen recording) showing how to troubleshoot and scale the setup.
The project is complete when Meta’s Events Manager confirms active, deduplicated server events and the campaign can confidently run on the “Maximise number of qualified leads” objective without data-loss warnings.
