I need a complete service-management solution built from the ground up: a web-based CRM for the office team and a companion Android app for field engineers.
On the app side, engineers must be able to log new complaints, update job status at every stage, and share their live location so I can monitor assignments in real time. When they finish a job, the customer should receive an OTP via SMS or WhatsApp; only after that code is entered can the complaint be marked closed.
Through the admin panel I want full user, complaint, and report management. I’ll register new complaints manually or import them, assign engineers, and track progress. The panel should automatically generate three key reports—daily complaint summaries, individual engineer performance, and overall service-resolution times—each exportable to PDF or Excel.
Please build a solid backend (any modern stack is fine), expose clean REST APIs for the app, integrate a reliable SMS gateway and the official WhatsApp Business API for OTP delivery, and keep the UI responsive. Once finished, hand over:
• Source code for web CRM, backend, and Android app
• Database schema and setup script
• API documentation
• Brief deployment guide
Everything must be ready for me to host on my own server and publish the app to Google Play.
