Mortgage Broker CRM – Initial Technical Review and Consultation
I’m developing a custom CRM for an Australian mortgage brokerage using Vibe AI within GoHighLevel (GHL). I’m looking for an experienced developer to undertake an initial one–two-hour assessment of the build and advise on the backend, integrations and security.
I’m comfortable building the front end, but I need technical guidance to ensure the underlying systems are structured correctly before progressing further.
The current setup includes:
Vibe AI within GHL for the app build.
Supabase for the database and authentication.
Mailgun for emails.
The app is still in development and is not currently being used with real client data.
Within the agreed review time, I’d like you to assess:
The Vibe AI build within GHL: review the generated code, project structure, configuration and any obvious issues or limitations.
Backend and database structure: check how the app connects to Supabase and whether the data structure suits the CRM.
Authentication and security: review user access, permissions, data separation, Supabase row-level security and handling of API keys or secrets.
Integrations: review existing connections and advise on the approach for planned API integrations. We’ll confirm the priority integrations before starting.
Email setup: review how Mailgun is connected and identify any obvious improvements.
Platform suitability: advise whether the current setup is a sensible foundation. I’m open to alternative platforms or services if there is a clear benefit.
The expected outcome is a short written summary covering what looks sound, the main issues or risks identified, and a prioritised list of recommended next steps. Please also identify anything that needs a deeper review and provide a rough estimate for any recommended follow-up work.
This project covers the initial assessment and consultation only. It is not a full security audit or implementation project. Please prioritise the most important areas within the agreed one–two hours and confirm with me before undertaking additional paid work.
There is potential for ongoing work as a technical consultant and backend developer as the CRM progresses.
