CRM Data Migration & Cleanup

I need an experienced data specialist to migrate data from our proprietary CRM, which runs on a SQL database, into a new CRM/operations platform called Between.

We already have the official Excel import template from Between. Your job is to extract, clean, map and prepare our existing data according to this template.

Current data:
• 2,659 CRM leads/sales records
• 499 customers
• 344 work orders/jobs
• Work orders include upcoming, ongoing, completed and cancelled jobs

Scope of work:
• Export the relevant data from our SQL database
• Map the data to the provided Between Excel import template
• Clean and standardize the data
• Identify and handle duplicate customer records
• Preserve the relationship between customers and their work orders
• Preserve relevant CRM statuses and information where supported
• Standardize names, phone numbers, emails and addresses
• Identify missing required information
• Do not guess missing data — flag records requiring manual review
• Remove obvious test/demo records
• Deliver a clean, validated Excel file ready for import into Between

We will provide:
• Access to/export from the existing database
• Between’s official Excel import template
• Information about our existing CRM statuses and fields

Experience with SQL data extraction, Excel/data transformation, CRM migrations and data cleaning is preferred.
