CRM Customer Data Entry

I’m streamlining the way we store customer information and now need an extra pair of reliable hands to keep the database current. The job centers on data entry—no analysis or deep-cleaning tasks, just accurate, consistent input of customer details straight into our CRM. Although I haven’t locked us into any single platform, familiarity with popular systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho will make the hand-off smoother.

Here’s what success looks like to me:
• Every supplied record (name, contact details, company, basic notes) entered or updated in the CRM within 24 hours of receipt.
• No duplicate entries; you’ll double-check for existing profiles before adding new ones.
• All mandatory fields completed so my sales team can search, filter, and export without hitting missing-data roadblocks.

You’ll receive spreadsheets or scanned forms each day, and I’ll always be available on Slack or email for quick clarifications. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working inside a CRM interface, and able to maintain strict confidentiality with customer information, let’s get this rolling.
