We are looking for an experienced CRM Automation Developer to set up and optimize our sales and lead management workflow.
The work will include CRM setup/customization, lead capture and automatic assignment, sales pipeline automation, follow-up reminders, email/WhatsApp automation, status updates, reporting dashboards, and integration with external tools or APIs.
The developer should be able to understand our current business process and convert it into a clean, reliable automated CRM workflow with proper testing and documentation.
Experience with platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks will be preferred.
Please share 2–3 relevant CRM automation projects or examples with your proposal.
