Remote Recruitment is hiring a CRM Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You'll own the CRM for a UK business — keeping the data clean, the automations working and the reports trustworthy enough that the team actually uses them.
A CRM is only as useful as the data inside it. You will be the person who keeps it trustworthy, so the reports the team relies on actually mean something.
You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.
Key responsibilities
Maintain CRM data quality, deduplication and segmentation
Build and maintain lists, workflows and automated sequences
Create dashboards and reports for sales and marketing
Support user setup, permissions and training
Manage integrations between the CRM and other systems
Document CRM processes and keep them current
What you'll need
Experience administering a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho
Confident building workflows, lists and dashboards
Strong data hygiene habits including deduplication and validation
Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets for imports and audits
Able to explain CRM processes clearly to non-technical users
Nice to have
Exposure to marketing automation or email platforms
Understanding of lead scoring or lifecycle stages
Experience with integration tools such as Zapier
What's on offer
100% remote, working from anywhere in South Africa
UK business hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
Direct exposure to an established UK business
Long-term, stable placement with room to grow
Remote Recruitment places South African professionals with UK businesses for long-term, fully remote roles.
