Creator Recruitment & Lead Generation Specialist Needed

Hiring: Freelance Creator Recruiter / Instagram Lead Generator

I’m looking for a freelancer who can help recruit creators/hosts for a live-streaming app agency.

Your work:

* Find potential creators/hosts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok/YouTube, etc.
* Contact them professionally using a provided script.
* Explain the opportunity and answer basic questions.
* Generate qualified leads and help them complete the joining process.
* Maintain a simple list of contacted/interested creators.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills
* Experience with Instagram outreach, recruitment, sales or lead generation is preferred
* Ability to find genuine creators rather than spam accounts
* Must be able to provide daily/weekly progress updates

Budget:
Starting with a small paid trial of ₹500–₹1,000.

For successful candidates, we can discuss a performance-based payment per qualified creator/host who joins.
